Initial contact
Once you have completed our online enquiry form we will contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange a time to meet you at our studio.

Studio Meeting
One of our experienced consultants will meet with you at our studio. We will listen to what you have to tell us, and ask you a number of questions to help us understand your requirements. You will be introduced to our bathroom renovation packages, including the available upgrades to help you personalise your new bathroom. You will have the opportunity to view the included products, fittings, materials and finishes, and we will provide some guidance regarding the renovation process. Based on your selections we will leave you with an estimated price to renovate your bathroom.

Site Measure and Assessment
Having gathered all the required information, we will work our magic to collate a concept that is as close to your design brief and budget as possible. We are experts at creating well-designed bathrooms on modest budgets, and will guide you in the process of taking your new bathroom from boring to beautiful without spending an extra cent! We will tailor a personalised bathroom package that includes bathroom products from our select range, and help you to make decisions where options are available. In our showroom, you will have the opportunity to view suggested fittings, materials and finishes and to make any required changes. We will explain your bathroom plans in detail to ensure you have a full understanding of what’s included and how your new bathroom will look.

Plans And specification
Once the details of your project are confirmed, we will prepare your bathroom installation documents. These will include your final product selections, paint colours, finishes and all relevant specifications required by our installation team. We will agree on a renovation start date and brief you on the project schedule. You will be introduced to your very own Project Manager who will manage the entire renovation process, leaving you to relax with the peace of mind that you’re being taken care of by experts.

Your work is done, and now it is time for our expert staff and contractors to take over. Sit back, relax and observe as your new bathroom transitions from concept, to completion.
